Patrick D. Soundy

Patrick Soundy is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. Patrick focuses his practice on all aspects of employment law, including litigation and counseling. He defends clients in federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings. His litigation experience includes wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and ERISA disputes. Patrick also has experience representing companies in collective bargaining, negotiations, and grievance arbitrations.

Beyond litigation, Patrick counsels clients on matters within the workplace including termination and discipline guidance, handbook and internal policy drafting, and separation and release agreement negotiations.

Patrick clerked for the Honorable Carmen Messano, Chief Judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division.
