Nicholas Kromka is an associate with the firm’s Labor and Employment group. Nick focuses his practice in all areas of labor and employment law, with a specific emphasis on defending clients against wage and hour disputes, including class actions, and union issues. Nick regularly represents employers in litigations involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and violations of federal and state employment law.
In addition to his litigation practice, Nick also has extensive experience advising clients on all types of employment issues, including COVID-19 related workplace challenges. He also routinely assists with traditional labor matters, including assisting with labor arbitrations and defending against charges brought before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
