Partner and Environmental practice co-chair Wayne D’Angelo was quoted in ​“Feds Aim To Put Sackett Into Practice With New Water Rules” by Law360. The article details proposed rules by the EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to define which bodies of water are subject to the Clean Water Act. The proposed rulemaking follows a decision in Sacket vs. EPA, in which justices defined ​“waters of the United States.” 

“The number of issues that we’re dealing with that will be flipping from one administration to the next will be fewer,” D’Angelo said. ​“I also think that that’s emblematic of the Sackett decision. The Sackett decision took a lot off the table.”
