Kelley Drye Shortlisted for Three ALM New Jersey Legal Awards 2026

Kelley Drye was named a finalist for three ALM New Jersey Legal Awards 2026, including Law Firm of the Year, Litigation Department of the Year, and New Leaders of the Bar, Litigation.

In 2025, Kelley Drye’s New Jersey attorneys achieved significant victories across practices. Litigators were part of a team that secured a $2 billion settlement for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in PFAS contamination litigation against DuPont, Chemours, and related entities—the largest environmental recovery ever obtained by a single U.S. state and one of the most significant legal recoveries in American history.  The firm’s NJ-based consumer class action team secured a rare jury trial victory against the FTC and New York Attorney General, dismantled six related class actions, and established nationwide precedent in TCPA litigation. The firm’s New Jersey teams also achieved notable results in intellectual property and real estate.

Additionally, Partner David Reap was named a finalist in the New Leaders of the Bar – Litigation category for his courtroom achievements, business development impact, and leadership within the bar, including his instrumental role in the precedent-setting PFAS settlements on behalf of the State of New Jersey.

The New Jersey Legal Awards celebrate the trailblazers, innovators, and dedicated professionals who have made a lasting impact on the State’s legal landscape—and beyond.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in October. Learn more about ALM’s New Jersey Legal Awards 2026 here.
