Tom Rybarczyk Featured in Daily Journal

Partner Tom Rybarczyk, a new addition to Kelley Drye’s Los Angeles office, was featured in Daily Journal. Before coming to Kelley Drye, Tom was chief of the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. 

“In that role, I gained extensive courtroom experience, tried felony cases, argued appeals, and led and supervised dozens of complex white-collar investigations.” Tom said. ​“This experience gives me insight into how prosecutors build cases. It allows me to anticipate risks and craft strong defense strategies for clients facing government scrutiny. And my courtroom experience will help clients facing significant civil or criminal exposure.”
