The newly elected Kelley Drye partners serve clients in the following areas::

Levi Downing (New York – Litigation):
Levi’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, breach of contract, fraud and employment related matters. He is experienced in international arbitration, including disputes involving bilateral investment treaty protections. Levi is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Donnelly McDowell (Washington, D.C. – Advertising):
Donnelly’s practice focuses on all aspects of advertising and consumer protection law with specialized concentrations in consumer finance, food and drug law, and direct sales and network marketing compliance.
