Kelley Drye recently welcomed new partners Sean M. Farrell and Tom Rybarczyk to the Litigation practice, in the New York and Los Angeles offices, respectively. Sean and Tom both served leadership positions in the U.S. Department of Justice before coming to Kelley Drye.
Most recently. Sean served as the chief of the antitrust division in New York for the DOJ. “Kelley Drye’s strong litigation practice and collaborative culture were major factors for me,” Sean said to Law360. “After nearly two decades in government and private practice, I was looking for a platform to leverage my experience on both sides of antitrust enforcement.”
Tom is the former chief of the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section in the Central District of California, reports the San Francisco Business Times. Tom also told Law360 that joining Kelley Drye’s Los Angeles office allows him to “expand the firm’s white-collar practice in Los Angeles and be part of its broader strategic growth in California.”
