Partner Aaron Rosenfeld was featured in Commercial Property Executive​’s recent article about Finmarc Management’s sale of a 383,000-square-foot retail center in Raleigh, NC. Aaron provided legal assistance to Finmarc Management as they sold Capital Marketplace for $80.6 million. As Commercial Property Executive reports, ​“the transaction resulted in a 39 percent premium for the seller” above the $58 million it paid for the asset in 2021. This deal was also reported by Triangle Business Journal and Chain Store Age.
