Tal Ben-Moshe has a broad-based practice that comprises class action litigation, contract disputes, unfair competition, trade secrets, rights of publicity, qui tam litigation, and civil investigative demands.

A significant portion of Tal’s practice involves the defense of consumer class actions brought under various state and federal laws regulating deceptive trade practices and telemarketing, including, among other things, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, and California Unfair Competition Law. Tal regularly represents clients in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies. Tal manages client matters through all stages of litigation, and he also facilitates favorable individual, as well as, class-based settlements when necessary.

Tal provides solutions for firm clients throughout the adversarial process – from developing litigation strategies to securing favorable motion outcomes and managing discovery processes. Notably, Tal was part of a team that represented an international contractor in federal court and arbitration proceedings related to claims arising out of renewable energy projects, resulting in significant domestic and international arbitration awards for the client. He also helped defend an international fashion corporation against breach of contract claims in New York State Court, securing attorney fees and costs for the client.

Tal gained valuable insights into the judicial process while interning for the Hon. John K. Sherwood at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey. His depth of knowledge combined with his strategic acumen and dedication to client service, make him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
