Randall Morrison is an experienced commercial trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a range of industries. He is a trusted advisor to clients including multiple Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, hedge funds, and real estate lending platforms.
Randall takes a strategic approach to dispute resolution. Randall began his career as an assistant corporation counsel with the New York City Law Department. There, he represented the City of New York and its employees in a wide variety of disputes including admiralty, torts, and constitutional issues.

Represented international telecommunications company and obtained dismissal of a complaint alleging a wide-ranging conspiracy related to the failed sale of a transcontinental fiber-optic telecommunications network. The judgment was affirmed by the Tenth Circuit.

Lead associate representing beneficiaries under prior will in litigation alleging undue influence against the executor and sole beneficiary of later will. Tried a multi-week bench trial in New York County Surrogate’s Court.
Lead associate representing executor and beneficiary in multi-state litigation in both New York and Connecticut Surrogate’s Courts and New York State Supreme Court.
