Jack Miles is chair of the Tax practice group. Jack has more than 40 years’ experience representing a wide variety of international and domestic clients in tax matters, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment in the U.S., U.S. investment abroad, corporate taxation, real estate and partnership taxation, debt and bankruptcy restructuring, telecommunications taxation, state and local taxation and tax controversy.
