Tax Partner Jack Miles will be the guest speaker at the June 1 above-referenced webinar sponsored by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

The webinar will address selected federal tax issues arising in connection with distressed debt transactions. The first part of the presentation will discuss tax issues arising at the debt holder level and second part, which focuses upon distressed debt issued by entities classified as a partnership for federal tax purposes, will analyze tax issues arising at the debtor level.
