Christopher S. Tarbell

Chris Tarbell focuses his practice at the intersection of advertising and privacy law. Chris helps clients understand consumer protection regulation and helps them respond to and mitigate privacy risk. He advises clients on issues related to data security, consumer protection matters, and compliance with state privacy laws.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Chris was an associate general counsel for a leading global sports platform where he provided legal guidance on a multitude of privacy and data security issues. He was also assistant general counsel for The Walt Disney Company where he advised global businesses, including publishers and advertisers, on compliance with domestic and international privacy, data security, and related consumer protection laws.
