Brie Santolli’s practice centers on complex commercial litigation and consumer class action defense. Brie has considerable experience in all stages of complex commercial litigation and arbitration across industries, representing internationally-recognized brands, tech start ups, laboratories and health care facilities, financial firms, and real estate companies.

Brie has litigated complex disputes related to theft of trade secrets, consumer fraud, intellectual property, contracts, false claims, partnership and corporate structure, and statutory claims. Her practice also includes defense of consumer class actions and mass arbitrations under various state and federal laws regulating deceptive trade practices and telemarketing.

Brie has handled all aspects of complex commercial litigations both on the state and federal level, from the filing of initial pleadings, through discovery—including written and document discovery, taking and defending depositions, and expert discovery—to trial or arbitration. Brie has successfully argued a wide range of motions and has a special expertise in managing e-discovery issues.

Drawing from her experience working in the judiciary, Brie is a level-headed litigator who approaches each case with an understanding of how things really work behind the scenes. With this perspective, Brie is able to identify and remedy potential issues before they even arise and effectively advocate her client’s position throughout the dispute resolution process.

Brie was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
