The 29-story, 786,647-square-foot tower is located between Avenue of the Americas and Fifth Avenue.
Earlier this year, a Kelley Drye team lead by Mr. Bickford represented AXA in the sale of 787 Seventh Ave. in Manhattan to the California Public Employees’ Retirement System for more than $1.9 billion.
