Kelley Drye Relocates to Dynamic New Office Space in Lower Manhattan
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced today that the firm’s New York office has taken occupancy of its new space at 3 World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan.
Previously located at 101 Park Avenue for almost 40 years, the firm will now occupy 103,000 square feet on the 66th, 67th and 68th floors of the new tower.
“3 World Trade Center is a state-of-the-art building that mirrors Kelley Drye’s commitment to innovation and growth, allowing us to serve our clients in a transformational new space while providing a quality work environment for our employees,” said Jim Carr, Chair of Kelley Drye. “We look forward to joining many of our clients downtown in this historic and dynamic New York City neighborhood.”
The new offices and communal areas are designed to be brighter, more open, and utilize space more efficiently. This will promote collaboration, while providing the dedicated space attorneys need for privacy. Each floor will also include conference rooms of differing sizes equipped with the latest technology for in-person and remote meetings.
The move brings the firm back to its roots, as the new office is located just three blocks from the original offices at 47 Nassau Street, where the firm was founded in 1836. In total, Kelley Drye has eight offices across the United States, and is home to skilled practitioners in the areas of litigation, trade, advertising and data privacy, communications, regulatory, government relations, real estate, corporate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and more.
