Kelley Drye Names Kirsten Sechler Chief Human Resources Officer
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced the appointment of Kirsten Sechler as Chief Human Resources Officer. Kirsten will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the firm’s business goals and talent management approach.
“For more than two decades, Kirsten has worked behind the scenes with Kelley Drye attorneys and staff to advance the firm and achieve success on behalf of our clients,” said Dana Rosenfeld, Managing Partner. “She is a trusted confidant, advisor, and coach to individuals across offices, functions, and levels of tenure at the firm, and I know she will work to advance a culture that attracts excellent lawyers and administrative professionals.”
Kirsten joined Kelley Drye in 1999, and has served in different roles in the human resource space, most recently as Director of Legal Personnel. She has particular expertise managing lawyer compensation, policy development and promotion, lateral associate and on-campus recruiting, and professional development. She has been increasingly involved in firm-wide strategic and operational initiatives.
Kirsten succeeds Molly McEneny, who after three decades of service to Kelley Drye, steps away from her Human Resources role to serve as Senior Advisor. In this new role, Molly will provide guidance on key issues and priorities to the Kelley Drye management team and mentor others assuming new leadership roles.
