PFAS Update (NJ State Settlement with DuPont)

Senior Associate Daniel Harrison will present ​“PFAS Update (NJ State Settlement with DuPont)” at the Meadowlands Seminar 2025 on Mass Tort. This conference is an annual meeting hosted by the New Jersey Association for Justice Educational Foundation, Inc. Daniel will present on the landmark settlement between the State of New Jersey and DuPont regarding PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), also known as ​“forever chemicals,” contamination across the state and addresses PFAS and other contamination at and from four historical DuPont industrial sites.
