They will also discuss the substantial influence that small but highly effective state attorney general offices exert in enforcing consumer protection laws—whether against local businesses or large national corporations. Topics will include actions involving artificial intelligence companies, businesses that deceptively target children, and companies that misrepresent the marketing of their products or services or the collection and use of personal data.
