Brianna Santolli’s practice centers on commercial litigation with a focus on the healthcare industry. Brianna has considerable experience in all stages of complex commercial litigation, both on the state and federal level in New Jersey and New York, from the filing of initial pleadings all the way through to trial, as well as with matters subject to arbitration. She has litigated complex disputes related to consumer fraud, contract disputes, false claims, partnership disputes, and professional malpractice. In addition to litigation, Brianna advises clients in connection with internal investigations and investigations before various regulatory bodies and agencies, regarding alleged violations of the federal False Claims Act and other federal and state statutes.
Brianna has represented entities across various industries, including healthcare, home appliances, oil, construction, real estate, education, and automobile. In the healthcare sector, Brianna has represented physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, addiction centers, skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, pharmacies, and management services organizations.
Drawing from her experience working in the judiciary, Brianna approaches litigation with an understanding of how things really work behind the scenes. With this perspective, Brianna is able to identify and remedy potential issues before they even arise and effectively advocate her client’s position throughout the dispute resolution process.
Brianna was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
