Kelley Drye & Warren LLP Moves Headquarters to 3 World Trade Center

Prominent law firm moves from Midtown to 103,000 sf in Downtown Manhattan

Silverstein Properties, one of New York City’s leading real estate development and management companies, today announced that Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a leading law firm, has signed a 15-year, 103,000 square foot office lease at 3 World Trade Center.
Currently located at 101 Park Avenue, the firm will move to the 66th, 67th and 68th floors of the new tower in 2020.  Kelley Drye will be the first law firm in the building, where it will join tenants including GroupM, Diageo, Better​.com, Casper, IEX and Hudson River Trading.  The building opened in June 2018.
