Partners Jonathan K. Cooperman, Robert E. Crotty, William A. Escobar, Michael C. Lynch, Neil Merkl, Philip D. Robben and Robert I. Steiner contributed chapters to the recently released treatise Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, Fourth Edition. Partner Robert L. Haig served as editor-in-chief of the publication, a position he has held since 1995.
Published by Thomson Reuters, the treatise has 22 new chapters, two new volumes and expanded content across a range of topics that engage the interplay between rules of procedure and substantive law, outline strategies for representation of plaintiff and defendant, and consider ramifications of various actions. “We are fortunate to have talented authors from the judiciary and more than 80 of the best firms in New York contribute to this truly comprehensive, seminal work,” said Mr. Haig.
