Kelley Drye Partners Authored and Edited the Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts Treatise, Fourth Edition

Partners Jonathan K. Cooperman, Robert E. Crotty, William A. Escobar, Michael C. Lynch, Neil Merkl, Philip D. Robben and Robert I. Steiner contributed chapters to the recently released treatise Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, Fourth Edition. Partner Robert L. Haig served as editor-in-chief of the publication, a position he has held since 1995.
