Donnelly McDowell is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Mr. McDowell was a law clerk with Amtrak Law Department where he advised on a variety of litigation, advertising and labor and employment matters.
Mr. McDowell is admitted only in New York. He is practicing under the supervision of principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. bar.
