States of Sustainability

Partner and Advertising and Marketing practice chair Donnelly McDowell will present ​“States of Sustainability” at the Consumer Brands Association’s 2026 CPG Legal Forum. This conference is an opportunity for senior legal professionals in the consumer packaged goods industry to connect with peers facing similar challenges and gain insights from industry minds.

Donnelly’s session will provide an overview of the seven states leading the charge on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws and their implications for packaging, recycling and compliance obligations. This session will also allow attendees to upcycle intelligent approaches to state environmental marketing claims.
