Please be reminded of the upcoming due dates for the Reports listed below:
Form 499-Q Quarterly Telecommunications Reporting WorksheetCarriers required to contribute to universal service support mechanisms must report their actual and projected end user and wholesale revenues for each calendar quarter by filing Form 499Q on a quarterly basis. The Form 499-Q filing for the second quarter 2010 is due to USAC by August 2, 2010.
Form 502: North American Numbering Plan Numbering Resource Utilization/Forecast ReportCarriers that receive numbers from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (“NANPA”), pooling administrator or other carrier must file the Form 502 to report numbering usage and forecast future numbering resource needs. Reports reflecting information for the preceding 6-month period ending June 30, 2009 are due to the NANPA by August 2, 2010.
Notice: FCC Annual Regulatory FeesMost federal licensees and other regulated entities must pay regulatory fees, which usually change each fiscal year, to offset costs associated with the FCC’s enforcement, public service, international, policy, and rulemaking activities. Fees vary by type of activity.
The Commission has released an Order establishing FY 2010 regulatory fee amounts and usually also releases public notices providing more details of the fees and filing requirements. The Commission has not yet established a due date for the payment of regulatory fees but has stated that “we intend to collect these regulatory fees during an August 2010 filing window.” The Commission will not send pre-bills and companies are advised to check the FCC’s Fee Filer system for bill information once the Fee Filer system has been opened to licensees (which should be in early August).
