Data Security Handbook

Associate Alysa Hutnik served as the chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust’s recently published Data Security Handbook. The purpose of the Data Security Handbook is to provide legal practitioners and information technology specialists with a concise, practical guide to maintaining and preserving the security of individuals’ personal information, developing a compliant information security program, and meeting legal requirements in the event that a data breach has occurred.
