The article discusses that although there have been thousands of lawsuits in this area, the legal requirements are still not clear, and companies continue to face lawsuits for minor deficiencies. A recent decision in California federal court, however, suggests that companies may not be held liable for minor lapses in accessibility when those lapses don’t prevent users from navigating a website.
