Follow Columbo’s Lead In Internal Investigation Interviews

This article is the second of a two part series on conducting internal investigation interviews. It discusses best practices for interviews and different interview techniques, including the disjointed, and seemingly unorganized style of the fictional gumshoe, Lt. Columbo.
