William Palmer is a government relations and public policy advisor in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining the firm, William was a senior legislative assistant to Congressman Robert Aderholt in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he managed a legislative portfolio covering budget, banking, tax, trade, financial services, defense, appropriations, and agriculture. William worked with senior legislative staff on the Appropriations Committee as well as Executive branch officials, and advocacy organizations to draft and introduce legislation and amendments in pursuit of policy objectives.

William is currently a 2024 J.D. candidate at the Syracuse University College of Law. William completed a Penn Wharton Budget Model certificate program for policy professionals in 2020 provided by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
