William Crow is a senior international trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). He joined the firm after seven years at the office of Import Administration at the Department of Commerce. While at GES, William has worked on many dumping cases, with an emphasis on petition preparation and filing. While at the Department of Commerce, William worked primarily in investigations, resulting in numerous antidumping duty orders and suspension agreements. Recent projects have included the analysis of potential spillover effects of loans by the Export-Import Bank of the United States and the development of new market sources for commodity and energy prices to model non-market economy costs. In addition, William has assisted several U.S. manufacturers in benchmarking their competitive advantages against those of foreign producers. William studied languages and foreign business markets in Dijon, France, Perugia, Italy and Koblenz, Germany.
