Steven Thomas

Steven Thomas focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Steven has experience representing clients through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Steven’s pro bono experience includes prison reform and immigration matters. He has also drafted pleadings and amicus briefs before the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Steven was an associate in the commercial litigation and arbitration groups of an international law firm, based in New York. He was also active in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Before entering private practice, Steven served as a legal intern at The Legal Aid Society. He also served as a judicial intern in the New York State Supreme Court.
