Shmuel Goldis

Shmuel focuses his practice on all types of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions, borrower-side and lender-side financing and refinancing, and leasing. He also has extensive practice representing institutional lenders in closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale on the secondary market.

Shmuel represents developers, corporate clients, institutional investors, and lenders in all stages of the commercial transaction process, including purchase and sale, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and due diligence. He advises companies at all stages of development, including providing strategic counsel for all general corporate matters.

Before coming to Kelley Drye, Shmuel served as a Paratrooper in the IDF. Shmuel currently serves on the Board of Directors for Congregation Agudath Sholom.
