Neil Dougherty focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance.
Neil represents investment banks, insurance companies,
commercial banks, and other financial institutions in real estate finance transactions.
His practice encompasses financing a variety of property types, including
retail, multifamily, office, hotel and industrial assets, as well as
multi-asset portfolios.
Admitted in the District of Columbia only.
In 2013, after seven years practicing law at national and international firms in Philadelphia and Denver, Neil spent the next nine years as a classroom teacher at various international schools, including schools in Singapore, Dubai, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.
