Lisa Shields-Cook

Lisa Shields-Cook focuses her real estate practice on title and survey review for transactions involving commercial office buildings, hotels, retail properties, and multi-family and multi-state pooled properties for both traditional mortgage and mezzanine financing.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Lisa worked as a senior attorney in the Finance practice of a major international law firm.

She previously held multiple roles with Fidelity National Title Group, including leading commercial underwriting and advising on complex title matters, coverage strategies, and risk mitigation for commercial real estate transactions, in addition to managing their local Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Lisa is only admitted in North Carolina. She is practicing under the supervision of principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. Bar.
