Kirsten Sechler serves as the chief administrative and human resources officer for Kelley Drye, a law firm with more than 300 attorneys and professionals and eight offices throughout the country. As CHRO, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the firm’s business goals and talent management approach. Kirsten helps advance a culture that attracts excellent lawyers and administrative professionals, and she is zealous in enabling lawyers and staff growth opportunities.

Kirsten oversees recruiting, talent development, organizational and performance management, and compensation and benefits. Having served previously as director of legal personnel, she has particular expertise managing lawyer compensation, policy development and promotion, lateral associate and on-campus recruiting, and professional development. Kirsten develops HR strategies that parallel the firm’s long- and short-term business objectives and works with senior management to steward the firm towards future goals.
