Kevin Oliver

Kevin Oliver focuses his practice on patent litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants across all stages of complex disputes, including inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. His experience spans a wide range of industries and technologies, including communications, software, and life sciences.

Kevin has represented both domestic and international clients, ranging from startups to some of the world’s largest companies. He has argued successfully in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and multiple federal district courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a patent litigation associate at a major international law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher J. Burke of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
