Justin J. Lee

Justin Lee is a litigation associate in Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s New York office. He focuses on defending large institutions against class action product liability suits, breach of contract and restrictive covenant actions, and agency liability claims. He has extensive experience negotiating with opposing counsel and navigating pitched, complex discovery disputes.

He also led trial preparation and motion practice as pro bono counsel in Queens Housing Court.

He is co-chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s Young Lawyers Committee and a former co-chair of the Student Outreach Committee, which won the Committee of the Year award during his tenure. 

He is a graduate of NYU Law, where he was co-chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), and Cornell University. Before law school, Justin worked in legislative affairs and government relations in Washington, D.C.
