Julia Fox is a senior associate in the firm’s International Trade practice where she advises clients on an comprehensive range of international trade matters, including trade remedy counseling (antidumping and countervailing duties), customs and forced labor, CFIUS, and export control and sanctions matters. With her broad practice, Julia provides strategic advice and helps formulate creative solutions.

Julia’s trade remedy practice involves assisting domestic industry clients in antidumping and countervailing duty cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Julia’s export controls and sanctions experience includes advising clients on compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Julia was a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Claire R. Kelly at the U.S. Court of International Trade and worked on World Trade Organization (WTO) matters both at her previous law firm and at the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland.

Julia also has extensive experience on various health technology and biopharmaceutical-related trade matters, including from work at various non-governmental and international organizations like the World Health Organization.
