Judy Juang has extensive experience in counseling and defending employers in all workplace-related legal matters. She regularly represents clients in federal and state courts, administrative agencies including EEOC, NLRB and DFEH, and in arbitration.

Judy has a long record of success in defending employers in high-stakes single plaintiff litigation and class or representative actions against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination and other employment-related torts and liabilities brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FEHA, PAGA, the ADA, the FMLA and other state and federal laws. She also has extensive experience representing clients in traditional labor disputes involving collective bargaining and unfair labor practices.

Judy works closely with HR professionals, in-house counsel and senior executives to provide strategic and practical advice on HR law, discrimination law, restrictive covenants, and reductions-in-force. She regularly conducts employment investigations, employee and management trainings, and policy reviews.
