Jordan Frengut is a trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). She works with the GES and KDW supply chain due diligence teams to develop UFLPA and CAATSA risk assessments. She has particular experience with East Asian supply chains and trade data analysis to extract and grade sources of forced labor risk. Jordan assists in the preparation of due diligence analyses to ensure that clients remain in good standing with regard to trade compliance regulations following internal reviews and with regulatory authorities following government enforcement investigations. Additionally, she is responsible for managing Kelley Drye’s Mandarin-language research team, maintaining monthly statistical reports on U.S. import trends, as well as for tracking regulatory changes in the trade compliance area that impact GES’s client business operations.
