John Churchill focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, John served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris and James L. Garrity, Jr., and a judicial intern for the Honorable Sean H. Lane, at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before obtaining a law degree, John worked as an IT project manager for over 20 years.
