Jenny Wainwright helps clients navigate the increasingly complex landscape where communications and privacy law intersect. Jenny also provides strategic guidance on TCPA compliance, helping clients navigate evolving rules around consent, disclosures, opt-outs, and risk mitigation to prevent potential violations and liability. Jenny regularly contributes to the firm’s updates on FCC actions and TCPA developments, helping clients make sense of emerging regulatory shifts through clear, practical analysis.
Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Jenny was a paralegal for the Division of Marketing Practices in the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission.
