Jeiel Noh

Jeiel Noh focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in Illinois state and federal courts. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, construction, creditors’ rights and collections, bankruptcy, and labor and employment matters. His background in business management allows him to understand clients’ commercial objectives and provide practical solutions to complex problems.

Jeiel has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings. He has served as lead counsel in multiple trials, arbitrations, and mediations, securing favorable outcomes for his clients. He regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. Jeiel also has experience conducting and defending depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and managing post-judgment enforcement actions.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Jeiel practiced as a commercial litigation attorney at two Chicago-area firms, where he managed numerous litigation matters simultaneously, devised case strategy, and appeared in court for hearings across multiple Illinois counties. He also gained experience advising clients on regulatory compliance matters, including state and federal tax audits and disputes, trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and counseling on securities transactions and trade regulations.
