Jacob Reiskin focuses his practice on trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has particular experience representing companies and trade organizations in complex circumvention proceedings that involve policy and lobbying. Jacob helps clients pursue their goals through multi-agency advocacy, and has significant experience representing clean energy technology companies and trade groups in addition to the many other industries he assists.

Jacob is also experienced counseling clients on supply chain resiliency, including helping clients with forced labor allegations under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Before joining Kelley Drye, Jacob practiced at a boutique international trade law firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, Jacob served as a law clerk at the DOC where he participated in early section 232 litigation at the CIT. He also served at the ITC as a law clerk. Jacob’s essay on reforming the President’s emergency trade authorities, Delegating and Regulating the President’s Section 232 and IEEPA Trade Powers,” was published in The George Washington Law Review.
