Gregory Berman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. His practice includes defending clients against consumer class actions, with a focus on false advertising laws, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and privacy statutes such as the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). Gregory has also helped represent clients in commercial disputes, such as actions for breach of contract and violations of the Lanham Act. He has assisted clients at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation resolution, motions to dismiss, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and motions for class certification. Gregory has also drafted briefs for state and federal appellate courts and the National Advertising Division.

Gregory had clinic experience with the Wake Forest Community Law and Business Clinic and with the Wake Forest Appellate Advocacy Clinic. He was also a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society while at Wake Forest School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Gregory was a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson.
