Gina Beck provides economic counsel to domestic producers in connection with international trade litigations and other advocate pleadings before government agencies, with a particular emphasis on international trade matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Gina has taken lead roles in economic analysis requiring special technical expertise, and the ability to respond directly to client inquiries and provide the appropriate assistance.

Gina has advised the Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA), as well as coalitions of textile, agricultural and steel industries in ongoing antidumping and countervailing duty cases involving imports from a number of foreign countries. She assisted in the development of trade cases involving analyses of the financial condition of industries impacted by unfairly traded imports, market shares and comparative prices among international markets.

Gina has taken a primary role in testifying before the U.S. International Trade Commission, which involves the development of technical manufacturing, marketing and financial performance data. Specific actions involved large power transformers, carbon steel, specialty steel including stainless steel sheet and strip, stainless coiled plate and grain oriented electrical steel, and steel shelving, as well as textile and agricultural products such as polyester staple fiber, PET resin, Atlantic salmon and honey.

In addition, prior to working as an economic consultant, Gina served as an international trade analyst with the U.S. International Trade Commission. She also focused on East Asian Affairs at the U.S.-China Business Council and the U.S. Department of Commerce (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).
