Erin Hodge is a Senior Associate in the Environmental Practice Group. Previously, she worked as an Advisor for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, working with the Department’s programs as well as the State’s litigation teams to pursue the Department’s ongoing regulatory and enforcement priorities.

Erin was also a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. While with the Attorney General’s Division of Law, she worked with the Environmental Enforcement and Environmental Justice Section, enforcing New Jersey’s environmental laws in both state and federal courts, and with the Special Litigation Section, pursuing and defending New Jersey’s interests in federal court. With the Division of Law, she litigated in both state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, defending New Jersey’s sovereign interests in PennEast v. New Jersey and in New York v. New Jersey.

Erin is admitted only in New Jersey. She is practicing under the supervision of principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. Bar
