Erin C. Cassidy

Erin Cassidy is an associate in Kelley Drye’s Litigation Department and a member of the Consumer Class Action practice. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation and class action matters in federal and state courts across the country.

Erin’s practice focuses on defending companies in consumer class actions and other high-stakes litigation, drawing on experience across a range of industries, including consumer products, building products, insurance, and real estate. She advises clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and demand letters through motion practice, discovery, and case resolution.

Erin represents clients in a broad range of complex civil disputes, guiding matters through all phases of litigation. Her experience includes strategic motion practice, fact and expert discovery, witness preparation, and case management. She works closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies that align with their business objectives and risk management priorities.

Before joining private practice, Erin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Barry T. Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. These experiences provided her with valuable insight into judicial decision-making and appellate advocacy that informs her work as a litigator today.
