Dennis Mema is an associate in the Environmental practice group at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He advises clients across a range of heavily regulated industries, offering strategic counsel on environmental law, campaign finance, and regulatory compliance and advocacy. With a deep understanding of the intersection between law, policy, and complex regulatory landscapes, Dennis helps clients manage legal risk and maintain compliance across federal and state jurisdictions.

His practice includes counseling on federal environmental laws and regulations, state and federal campaign finance and ethics rules, Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) obligations, fisheries law, and forced labor investigations.
